What's needed
4 metal bottle caps
6� �" dowel or piece of wood
small nail
medium nail (used a hole punch)
Let's make it
Punch a hole in the center of each bottle cap using the medium nail. Place the 2 caps top to top. Attach the caps to one end of the dowel using a smaller nail so the caps can shake freely. Repeat on the opposite side.
